Participant Personnel : Any person employed or engaged by a Participant and/or any of
its sub-contractors or who was at any time so employed or
engaged in relation to NABIDH Platform.
Participant System: In relation to each Participant, the software,
hardware, portal, database, platform or other electronic medium
controlled by the Participant (Irrespective of whether it is owned,
leased, licensed or operated by or on behalf of that Participant)
and used to process subject of care data and interface with the
NABIDH platform.
