Government Agency

Government Agency: Any agency, authority, board, commission, department, instrumentality, ministry, official, public person or statutory
person of the United Arab Emirates or the Emirate of Dubai which, pursuant to Applicable Laws is entitled to regulate or influence the matters dealt with in this policy or the parties to this policy, as the case may be.
