Reportable Event

Reportable Event: A Reportable Event is an action (or lack of action), suspected or
confirmed, that violates NABIDH policies and procedures for
accessing or using Health Information managed by the NABIDH
Health Information Exchange. Such violations may be
unintentional or intentional.
