Malicious Software :Any software, virus, Trojan horse, time bomb or other code
(which can take the form of but not limited to Java applets,ActiveX controls, scripting languages, browser plug-ins or
pushed content) that is harmful, disabling or which is designed
to permit or enable a breach or unauthorized access to the
NABIDH Platform or subject of care data or theft or damage to
the NABIDH platform or subject of care data or otherwise
impairs the operation of the NABIDH Platform or the ability to
transact subject of care data.
